We stopped at both locations within 24 hours. The food is THAT good!! We had great conversations with our servers. They also have a large selection of beers and many custom cocktails. You really need to check this place out.

While the wonderful wings were exceptional and the service was certainly fine, it was disappointing that they were out of chicken that Thursday night when we visited. My husband had been craving a chicken sandwich - the brisket he reluctantly ordered turned out a bit dry and tough. Not sure why but the corn bread didn’t satisfy either. Luckily the flavorful and juicy wings were a great treat at least.

The quality of the service contributes so much to the experience and from the greeters to our amazing server, Lex, the service was 10 out of 10. Food and Fire is in Johnson City right off the highway and shares a parking lot with a McDonald's. Parking is not a problem. Getting seated right away wasn't an issue late on a Saturday night and since we are a group of booth loving folks, an available booth was a bonus. There are high top tables near to the bar, with booths and regular tables in the main dining area. The food is very good. It was freshly prepared, the kitchen moved fast. The BBQ was pretty darn good for an upstate New York BBQ place. Experiment with the sauces. They each have a different flavor but add a tempting addition to meat! My only suggestion would be for the cornbread to be served warm -- but even the cold cornbread was tasty but would have been sooooo much better warm. I will definitely return.

We started making this our monday night dinner spot! The food is fantastic, we have tried just about everything as meat wise except the pulled pork I believe! Atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. Service is top notch when you have Lexi as your waitress. We decided to come on a tuesday this week and Lexi is not here so we are sad. Our waitress tonight is not very talkative or interactive which is a huge thing when it comes to being a waitress atleast it is coming from a customer's point of view. She is nice not complaining just thought id put it out there. Also I have to say the young hostess kid(boy) is not friendly and has a attitude/poor. But all in all its a fantastic place and amazing food! For reasonable price also! 😊

We stopped by for lunch on Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away and the service was great. We ordered the Korean BBQ smoked wings. They are both smoked and fried and drenched in the sauce. The wings were big and flavorful. I ordered the 2 meats brisket and pulled pork. The server asked if I wanted the brisket fatty, in the middle , or lean. I ordered it in the middle. The brisket was tough to eat, fatty, and greasy. The pulled pork was chunky and flavorless. There is a full condiment selection of sauces and ketchup available to flavor as you wish. My wife ordered the chicken, and chicken, and waffles. The sweet potato waffles with fruit compote and syrup was a hit. It came with a huge portion of chicken wings and fried chicken. The Cuban sandwich was filled with chunky pulled pork that made it hard to eat at times. The server did comp the two meat meal stating that she could see I had not eaten it. Great service, great atmosphere, mixed reviews on the food today.
